Food Porn || Tofu Eggs & Orgasms

Hey guys! This is my first episode of my Food Porn series. During the video I will cook some yummy vegan food while I talk to you about sex. The talks will either be information/advice about a specific topic or I will tell you a story from my own life. Let me know what you want to hear about next!

Today I am making scrambled tofu “eggs.” I will wrap them up in a tortilla with some vegan bacon I bought to make breakfast tacos. While I cook, I will tell you guys the story of my first time having an orgasm with another person. It was definitely an unexpected event for me, but my story could provide some insight for others who may have difficulty achieving an orgasm with a partner.

[Disclaimer: These videos are surprisingly difficult to film since I am thinking about two completely different things at the same time. So, I apologize if I become a little spacey during some points in the story while I am focusing on cooking.]

Tofu Scrambled “Eggs”

– Extra firm tofu (my preference for the best egg-like texture)
– Vegan butter (optional, I use Earth Balance Buttery Spread)
– Black salt/Kala namak (the essential ingredient to make the tofu taste like eggs)
– Other seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, nutritional yeast, sriracha)

1. Heat pan over medium heat. Add vegan butter if desired.
2. Drain package of tofu. Hand crumble the tofu into the pan to create the most similar appearance/texture to scrambled eggs.
3. Add desired seasonings to taste and mix with spatula. Remember, tofu has a very bland flavor so don’t be afraid to go crazy with the seasonings. The black salt is especially important since the sulfur in it provides the eggy flavor. Taste test and add more of whichever seasoning until it is to your preference.
4. When heated throughout, remove tofu from heat and serve.

I used my tofu to make breakfast tacos with flour tortillas, bacon and salsa. I tried Sweet Earth’s Benevolent Bacon (Hickory & Sage flavor) for the first time. It had a very meaty flavor. I was really impressed! Even after I cooked it longer, however, it didn’t really get crispy, just kind of burnt. But, the flavor is spot-on and as a vegan you kind of have to accept that plant based options aren’t going to be exactly the same as their animal counterpart. I definitely recommend Sweet Earth’s bacon and I will eat it again because the flavor totally outweighs not having crispy bacon.
